Our Mission
A New Approach to Law
Global Vision
We take your trademark and patent applications through to international registration via WIPO, and build your data protection compliance around whichever regimes your business actually reaches. International trade law and arbitration are fields we have studied as well as practised. Cross-border work is not the exception here; it is the ordinary case.
Reliability and Transparency
We agree the fee before the work starts, so no invoice surprises you at the end. You know which lawyer holds your file. And you hear bad news as quickly as good — you should never learn something from the court that you should have heard from us.
Innovative Solutions
Artificial intelligence law, digital assets and the point where intellectual property meets technology are core practice areas, not a heading added later. One of our LL.M. theses was written on the protection of works of art through NFTs — we were working on these questions before they reached the agenda
